A while ago I watched this clip from a link on the b3ta message board. As amusing as it was, I just couldn't get my head 'round the very irritating "soundtrack". What the hell was it?

Now I know.

It was, of course, the voice of the aptly named Annoying Thing from turboforce 3d.
