Extras

I managed to catch most of tonight's episode of Extras, and although it didn't provide the same sort of entertainment as the Office (which no doubt everyone compares it too, but it is difficult to come close) I really enjoyed the way Les Dennis sent himself up, and made some fantastic comments about how Graham Norton does not use intelligent humour but instead relies on both cheap innuendo and shameless references to homosexual antics for pure shock value. Reminds me of when I had to endure a "comedy act" from Julian Clary as part of "Live at the Apollo" hosted by Jack Dee back on 6th July. At least the other two acts were hillarious: Lee Mack (stand up only, no urinal scene) and some mad Irish guy.
