Quarter Century

That's it. On Tuesday I hit 25. OK, so I'm still only 19 in hexadecimal (GEEK), but that's not the point. Twenty five is a big deal. I was only sixteen last time I checked.

Thankfully the day was surrounded by fun stuff, like shopping in Wimbledon on Monday with lunch at Tapanco and my first trip to the rather cool UNIQLO. Dinner was at Zinfandel which was nicely deserted and a great setting for a drawn out 2-person, 2-bottles-of-wine meal. My actual birthday was spent in Guildford, having lunch at the excellent Loch Fyne Restaurant after a lazy morning of sleep-depriving birthday text messages and card/present opening.

On Saturday I'm having the actual party at which I shall be behaving myself, seeing as I'm now a mature adult. Snigger.
