Nike Run London 2004
No, I wasn't actually running, but I have just returned from my trip to see Run London.
It was my first time as a spectator at a running event, other than school sports day which of course does not count at all. There weren't many other people watching, but it was fun to see when friends were recognised in the race and there was a brief and frantic bout of clapping and shouting.
After watching about 4 5ths of the 30,000 strong running crowd, we'd seen out friends at 3 different points (making the best use of short cuts of course), and headed off for some refreshments at the Horniman and then the Cooperage, where I met the world's cutest lion. Grrr.

No, She went of her own Accord
What do you do when you're invited to a Jamaican themed house party?
Well, you could buy a cheap yellow t-shirt, sketch a flag on the front with pens, and then construct a bobsleigh out of cardboard.
A suitable tribute to Cool Runnings, I hope you'll agree.
My wife smoked a joint near Manchester - In Hale? - Yep, got absolutley wasted.

Break the silence
It's been so long since my last post that the only way I'm going to catch up is to do a quicky now, then work my way back in time.
Nah sod it, The Smoking Room is on BBC TWO.
Have a look at this instead. I found it funny:
Nice one, king pecker of b3ta.
